Ukraine | Photos: Ukrainian soldiers seem to be training on boats donated by Finland

Ukrainian Merivoimat published on social media early in the evening on Wednesday photographsbased on which Ukrainian soldiers train on Uisko-class transport boats donated by Finland.

Ukrainian Militarnyi website by it is specifically about Uisko boats. They were old Finnish equipment.

According to the website, Ukrainian soldiers were practicing landing attacks.

“We strive for seamless cooperation with the crew of the boats, regardless of the weather conditions or the presence of the enemy,” the commander of one of the boats told Militarnyi.

Finland government has not confirmedwhat naval equipment it has donated to Ukraine, but the boat donation was revealed by the President of Romania Klaus Johannis through March. At that time, he told his country’s parliament that he had accepted Finland’s request for help in delivering donations to Ukraine and training Ukrainian soldiers.
