The case of creating an organized criminal group against Boyko-Veliky is again being considered in a court in the Moscow region
The Mozhaisk City Court has again begun considering the case against Orthodox businessman Vasily Boyko-Veliky, founder of the Russian Milk company. This is reported by Kommersant.
Boyko-Veliky is charged with creating an organized criminal community (OCC) for the theft of land plots in the Moscow region worth 347.9 million rubles. There are nine other people involved in this case.
The investigation found that Boyko created a criminal community in 2003 to take possession of land in the Ruzsky district under the guise of investing in agriculture.
