Ciudad Juarez.– Authorities have closed one of the sections of the Insurgentes Avenue overpass due to a man who jumped from the top of a bridge and died this morning.
Traffic was closed from west to east due to this incident, National Guard personnel reported.
They are waiting for experts from the Northern District Prosecutor’s Office to hand over the scene.
