Helsinki a fine has been given for a fight that broke out in the stands in the ice hall during the match between HIFK and HPK. The match was played on Thursday evening.
Crime Commissioner Mikko Minkkinen The Helsinki police confirms that the police patrol that was called to the scene on Thursday evening intervened in the situation that arose in the hall.
According to Minkkinen, the police arrived when the orderlies had already calmed down the situation.
– One person was taken away and fined for resisting a person maintaining order.
According to the police, no criminal complaint has been registered about the incident.

Situation started at the entrance to the upper stand of the hall, where the people who had left the hall began to gather little by little as the end of the match approached. At least two spectators got into each other’s arms and tried to punch each other.
According to a law enforcement officer who was there, three people were involved in the fight.
– Three guys started threatening in the upper part of the stand and some kind of fistfight started. They must not have been in the clear, said the order supervisor who was there.
The organizer described the situation as “rare”.
It is not known whether the parties were supporters of either team.
In Thursday night’s match, HIFK beat the visitor HPK with a score of 3–0.
