Citizens’ initiative wants early childhood education, among other things, to move to group-specific staffing.
To the Early Education Act the citizens’ initiative proposing changes has collected more than 50,000 signatures. The initiative has been published On the Kansalaisaaloite.fi website On January 14, i.e. the number of signatures required for the parliamentary hearing was collected in just over a week.
The citizens’ initiative wants, among other things, early childhood education to move to group-specific staffing, when the law currently defines staffing in the entire kindergarten. In addition, the initiative requires that sizing be carried out throughout the day.
According to the initiative, the current law is interpreted too loosely.
