In a Russian city, 13 visitors to an attraction were evacuated from a 12-meter height due to a breakdown. This is reported by Interfax with reference to the press service of the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
It is noted that in Nalchik people got stuck on a high-rise swing, as a result of which they were helped down using a high-rise ladder. According to the publication, the swing was previously stopped for technical reasons. However, no one was injured as a result of the incident.
In May, a Russian sixth-grader had part of his finger torn off while riding on a carousel. It all happened the day before at the Generation Park playground. A 12-year-old boy placed his finger between a movable and a fixed element of the carousel, receiving an incomplete traumatic amputation of the nail phalanx of the finger, investigators explained.
