Estonia|According to Alexander Stubb, the post-Cold War world order is in transition.
Global the south decides in which direction the new world order will develop, the president of the republic Alexander Stubb said in his speech at the University of Tartu in Estonia on Wednesday.
When discussing world politics, Stubb divided the world into the global west, global east and global south in his speech.

According to Stubb, these countries play a large role in security policy, the economy and the development of international institutions.
“We in the West must understand that if we do not change our behavior towards the Global East and especially the Global South, we may lose this game,” Stubb said in his speech in English.
To the global east, Stubb counted China, Russia, Iran and their spirit tribes, to the global west, for example, EU countries, the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
Stubby according to the world is at a turning point, when the post-Cold War world order is in transition.
“We are now looking at a new state of equilibrium, which is about the struggle of values, power and interests.”
