The technique of diaphragmatic (abdominal) breathing will help you achieve a vivid orgasm, said sex therapist Jordan Rullo. This is her advice called in a comment for Woman & Home.
According to Rullo, four out of ten women cannot achieve orgasm for various reasons. However, in many cases the situation can be corrected, the sex therapist assured.
“The best way to have a vivid orgasm is to start breathing deeply. And diaphragmatic breathing will help with this, increasing the flow of oxygen and blood, as well as activating the parasympathetic nervous system. All this contributes to relaxation,” Rullo explained.
She noted that learning diaphragmatic breathing is simple. To do this, you need to draw air not only into the chest, but also into the diaphragm. Then place one hand on your stomach and the other on your chest to see which one moves as you breathe. When breathing diaphragmatically, the one lying on the stomach should move.
Speed up your breathing. For example, count once as you inhale, once as you exhale, one as you inhale, two as you exhale, and so on.
