The new Netflix TV series on Resident Evil will arrive in just over a month, and for that reason more screenshots are coming, so you can see what awaits you once you you will have the series on the well-known streaming service.
Through the Twitter account of DiscussingFilm it is possible to see some new photos of the series, which show one of the classic enemies of the game made by Capcom: infected dogs. And this is no accident as Andrew Dabb took inspiration from the videogame counterpart to make this series for the small screen. So much so that he wanted to combine and mix all the games together. Also, he pointed out that it will be very violent. Also, we remind you that the series will be on two different timelines, and one of this will start right from Jade Wesker. The girl will be played by Ella Balinksa, known for having starred in the film Charlie’s Angels.

Dabb and his staff explained that they didn’t want to adapt a single game, but they wanted to treat all the main events and even a little bit of the mythology of the survival horror title, as if was the backstory of the Resident Evil series, by doing so they were able to create an entirely new story for the franchise. Although it is also possible to place it in the official history of the game, and yes poses right before the last game in the series, Resident Evil: Village. So there will probably be some small references to this chapter too, but for the moment we don’t know much yet.
The images on the tweet come from Entertainment website, and anticipate a bit of what you’ll see during the upcoming Netflix Geeked, recently announced. For the moment you just have to wait until July 14, 2022 to be able to start watching the series and scare you with zombies made by various viruses, originally created by the creative minds of Capcom.
