President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, by his decree, recalled the peacekeepers who take part in international operations back to the country. This is reported TASS.
It is explained that the national contingent participating in international operations to maintain peace and security is returning to Ukraine “with the aim of their participation in the defense of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country.”
Earlier, Zelensky promised to continue negotiations with Russia until a result is achieved. “We will talk, we will insist on negotiations until we find a way to tell our people, ‘this is how we will come to peace,'” he said.
