The Chavista leader Diosdado Cabello warned this Wednesday the Foreign Minister of Colombia, Luis Gilberto Murillo, whom he called the “little puppy of the empire” American, who will respond “with certainty” if he speaks again of “transition” in Venezuela, where presidential elections will be held on July 28.

At the 54th Annual Washington Conference on the Americas, Murillo expressed that Colombia hopes that the upcoming Venezuelan elections “will be fair, obviously, competitive… free”, and that it is, “at least, an acceptable process”.
