Frasle Mobility, controlled by Fras-le SA, and Randoncorp, from Random Implementos e Participações, published a Notice to the Market at the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) informing that the majority of their operations in Rio Grande do Sul will be resumed this Monday- fair, 6th, after a stoppage caused by heavy rains in the state.
According to the companies, operations were suspended on May 2 due to the state of public calamity in Rio Grande do Sul. The measures consider the context and conditions in the cities involved, “respecting and preserving professionals who are experiencing difficulties in their homes or with family members”, they write.
“The company also reinforces that it is taking all necessary measures to adapt its operations to the current scenario, prioritizing people’s safety above all,” says the note. Frasle Mobility and Randoncor also express their solidarity with all those affected by the tragedy and remain attentive to developments in the situation, informing in a timely manner “any relevant updates related to this topic”.
