We have just played five dates in the Argentine Professional Football League (LPF) in 2023, and although the marathon tournament will only culminate in August with matchday 27, there are teams that are beginning to shape themselves to be able to have a good tournament and, for what not, fight for the championship until the end.
There are no longer teams with perfect scores: Frank Darío Kudelka’s Lanús stumbled against Racing (lost 2-1 at Avellaneda), and although it continues to lead with 12 points, it now shares the lead with Defensa y Justicia, Talleres and San Lorenzo .
Huracán follows them closely with 11 points, while Boca and Rosario Central, who triumphed on this day, have 10 points.
