Antonia Moya ascends as holder in the Court of First Instance and Instruction of Molina 3
Pilar Rubio Berna took office on Wednesday as a magistrate of the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the TSJMU and Judge Antonia Moya Martínez swore her position in a ceremony held before the Government Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of the Region of Murcia.
Until now, the magistrate of the Contentious-Administrative Court 2 of Murcia, now holds her position in the Chamber of the TSJ, a collegiate body of the same jurisdiction.
Moya Martínez, until then assigned to the Court of First Instance and Instruction 2 of San Clemente, in Cuenca, will occupy the position as head of the court of Molina de Segura number 3.
In addition to its president, Miguel Pasqual del Riquelme, the Government Chamber was made up of María Consuelo Uris Lloret, president of the Contentious-Administrative Chamber; Mariano Gascón Valero, president of the Social Chamber; Miguel Ángel Larrosa Amante, president of the Provincial Court; and Javier Parra García, Secretary of Government of the TSJMU.
The inauguration ceremony was also attended by representatives of the professional associations of lawyers, attorneys and social graduates of Murcia and the magistrates and lawyers of the administration of justice of the Chamber.
