Ciudad Juarez.- The Women’s Prosecutor’s Office obtained orders for prosecution issued against the defendants José Guadalupe HC, Adrián AV, and César Saúl CV, for the crimes of sexual harassment and domestic violence.
José Guadalupe HC, will face criminal proceedings for his probable responsibility for the crime of sexual harassment, to the detriment of two girls aged eight and 11, in events recorded on August 4, in a property located in the Los Arcos neighborhood.
Meanwhile, Adrián AV was arrested for hitting and insulting his biological sister, in events that occurred on the afternoon of August 4, inside a home in the Riberas del Bravo subdivision.
Finally, César Saúl CV is accused of the crime of domestic violence against his partner, to whom he exercised psychological and patrimonial violence, in events that occurred in the Infonavit Solidaridad neighborhood on August 5.
Facts for which they were arrested in flagrante delicto by elements of the Municipal Public Security Secretariat and placed at the disposal of the Public Ministry agent of the Specialized Unit for the Investigation of Crimes with Detainees.
The Court found sufficient evidence to issue an order to bind them to trial, leaving them in preventive detention as a precautionary measure.
