Helsinki The development of the Vallila industrial area would require different actions from the city than what has been done so far, say the area’s entrepreneurs.

The city of Helsinki has planned a “night city part” of the area and wanted the area’s property owners to participate in the development. Now, however, the area is falling into disrepair, partly unused, even though there are activities in several buildings during the day.
