The Länsi-Uusimaa police received information at around 2 pm on Tuesday that a child had fallen under a tractor tire in Kauniainen. The child died at the scene, says the head of the investigation, inspector general Hannu Kontola for HS.
The tractor driver was plowing snow, and according to current information, he did not see the child.
“He didn't know the child. The driver was plowing snow,” says Kontola.
