On January 1, agents of the National Police arrested a 25-year-old man of Indian origin as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of sexual assaultfor having touched a girl in her intimate areas on public roadsin Palma.
In a press release, the Police have reported that the events occurred on January 1, at dawn, in the center of the city of Palma, when a woman required police presence, since a man had performed touching their intimate areas.
The woman was with some friends celebrating the end of the year, at which time four men stood next to him and one of them began to perform libidinous touching on her, leaving her surprised, reproaching him for this attitude, and subsequently leaving the place.
Three of the four men they followed the womanthe same man taking advantage of the crowd of people to touch various parts of her body, at which point the woman addressed the agents who were at the scene carrying out protection and security tasks.
The agents went to where the man was, giving him a strong blow at one of them, beginning a running escape. Finally, the police caught up with them and proceeded to arrest them.
