Prosecco, how AI protects consumers from fake DOC bubbles
Artificial Intelligence will allow to unmask fake branded wines Prosecco. This is a pilot project that has just been submitted to the made in Italy Of Microsoft-State Printing Office. If the experiment gives good results, the protection could also be extended to all the other excellences of Made in Italy.
