According to Fernando Mantovani, general director of Robert Half for South America, to avoid hiring errors and guarantee the capture of the best talent, it is essential to go beyond the alignment between profile and vacancy.
The executive advises that it is necessary to pay attention and respect the stages of the selection process, meet agreed deadlines, offer transparent feedback and maintain clear communication. “Candidates are increasingly demanding in relation to these points, and companies compete more fiercely for qualified talent. Therefore, attraction strategies need to be well worked on”, says Mantovani.
In the research, it was highlighted that, among the employed professionals interviewed, in addition to the benefits package and salary, the possibility of balancing personal and professional life was an important factor when choosing a vacancy. As well as being able to work remotely or in a hybrid model.
