Online:

– Select “Yes, I have an e.firma”.

– Enter your e.signature data:
– Private key password
– Private key (file with .key ending)
– Certificate (file with .cer ending)
– Enter the Captcha code.
– Click “Send”.

– Confirm your new password.
– Provide a personal email address.
– Click “Continue”.
– Save your proof of password generation or update.
– (Optional) Update password:

– Download or print your password update receipt.
– Click “Finish”.
In person:
Go to the SAT office of your choice or the Tax Services Module.
Present the required documentation and information: You can find the list of necessary documents on the SAT website.
Present the following documentation:
1.- Current official identification
2.- CURP
3.- Proof of address no older than three months
4.- If you have a legal representative, you must also present their official identification and power of attorney.
Create a new password: Follow the same password requirements as online. Confirm your new password and provide a personal email address.
Receives and retains the password generation or update acknowledgment.
If you do not have an e.signature:
– Visit the SAT ID portal: https://satid.sat.gob.mx/
– Click “Start”.
– Select “I do not have an e.firma”.
– Enter your RFC and email.
– Answer security questions.
Follow the instructions that will be sent to you by email to recover your password.
