Is called Road Transporters: A Cornerstone of Mobility in Japan and it is the exhibition that will fill the hearts and eyes of Japanese commercial vehicle enthusiasts. Scheduled from April 28 to July 17 at the Toyota Museum located in Tokyo in the Aichi prefecture, the exhibition will offer visitors 13 vehicles that have history in the Asian market.
Toyota Museum, the jewels on display
Rare pieces, indeed very rare, such as for example the 1937 Mizuno-shiki 3-wheeler, or the 1950 Toyota BM Truck. A nice garage of working cars thanks to which Japan rose from the ashes of Hiroshima becoming one of the great industrial powers world. In numerical terms we are talking about a production of 5.49 million units, of which 2.71 million are still on the road. The exhibition takes place entirely in the Cultural Gallery on the second floor of the Museum, and includes a 1953 Toyopet SG, a 1956 Toyopet Masterline Light Van RR17, a 1966 Datsun 1000 Truck G222, a 1959 Toyopet Stout RK35. More recent are the Mazda T1500 TUB8 (1965), a Honda T360H AK250 (1965), a Toyota Brisca GY10 (1968), a Suzuki Suzulight SL (1957) and a Toyota Tamaraw KF10 (1977). Lastly, a Deliboy T-KXC10V, registered in 1991, almost from the present day.
