The video showed a large flame ball in the famous pedestrian bridge in the Ukrainian capital after it was bombed.
The explosion occurred at 8:18 local time.
No vehicles or trucks pass through this bridge, as it is intended for pedestrians and motorcyclists, and gives its patrons a platform to see the capital, Kyiv, from above.
But the bridge was empty of pedestrians when it was bombed.
Several areas in the Ukrainian capital and other areas of the country were bombed earlier on Monday.
This comes in conjunction with the world’s anticipation of the meeting of the Russian National Security Council, which will take place later today, chaired by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The meeting comes to study the response to the Kerch Bridge bombing, which took place on Saturday, and Moscow accuses Kyiv of being involved in masterminding it.
The partially destroyed Kerch links the Russian mainland with Crimea, which Russia annexed in 2014.
