“Making the decision was pretty easy,” Norlén said.

Norlén has not set a time limit for the consultation, but it will be set by the new speaker.
“I think it would be remarkable if I had set the end point (of the probing) for the term of office of the new speaker,” he said.
After the last parliamentary elections, it took a record long time, 134 days, before the new government was put together.
“I think this time we don’t need 134 days,” Norlén said.
