The battle in the summer transfer market is still ongoing between Chelsea and Barcelona, and despite the Blues winning the deal of Senegalese international defender Kalidou Coulibaly of Naples, after a long competition with “Barca”, and his closeness to contracting French defender Jules Conde, the heart of the Seville defense, However, German coach Thomas Tuchel is still standing as a “stumbling block” in the transfer of his right-back Cesar Azpilicueta to Barcelona.
English press sources said that the joining of the French Conde is a matter of time, after Chelsea agreed with Seville on the deal for 65 million euros, which is a successful deal if it is completed because the French “rooster” has become a key player in his country’s national team.
As for the issue of Spanish defender Azpilicueta’s transfer to Barcelona, a year before the end of his contract, it faces some difficulties due to Tuchel’s position, although the player himself strongly desires to end his career in Spain with Barcelona.
And in statements from America, where the team plays friendly matches, in preparation for the new season, Tuchel said: “The approaching completion of the Conde deal does not mean that we easily give up our right-back Azpilicueta.

The newspaper “Telegraph” revealed that the Barcelona administration had apparently angered Tuchel, because it wanted to get Cesar at the lowest possible price, which the German coach would not accept, who shouted: “Let them do what we did in the Coulibaly deal, we fought to get it.”
Tuchel admitted that Azpilicueta was more inclined to go to “Barca”, and the two sides always communicated together, and he said when I ask Cesar if what Barcelona is doing bothers him or annoys him, he says, “Maybe a little!”
