Strand thanked Trump to have steered the discussion about the Russian attack war in one direction, so that there is now the possibility of a peace agreement. “We want to work with them to ensure that this peace agreement is by last that it will enter into history as a historical agreement and nobody breaks it.” Strander said the United Kingdom was ready to defend a peace with British troops. However, Trump did not lead to a promise to secure a peace agreement for Ukraine with its own military means.
