At dawn today, the pilgrims begin to move from Mina towards Upper Arafat on the day of the Great Pause, performing the noon and afternoon prayers, shortened and combined, then they begin the departure, heading to Muzdalifah after sunset to spend the night there, then move from there to Mina to complete the rituals of Hajj.

The Ministry of Health indicated that about 93,000 pilgrims benefited from the various health services provided by health care centers, from the first day of the month of Dhu al-Qa`dah, until the eighth day of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah. Volunteer teams
In this context, volunteer teams for the Voluntary Health Program in Hajj this year began to flock to the holy sites, where the teams began their work yesterday, in preparation for standing at Arafat. According to the plan for distributing volunteer health care points in Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, and pedestrian lines, which is compatible with the pilgrims’ itinerary and herding plans, and ensuring the provision of high-quality field health services, in addition to activating the preventive, awareness-raising, and educational aspect to reduce serious infections. The number of field volunteer teams reached more than 130 teams, distributed in vital locations in the holy sites, in addition to covering the Jamarat Bridge with its four floors in Mina, to provide primary health care and promote health awareness.
For its part, the Saudi Ministry of Defense allocated the most modern aircraft in the world, equipped with the latest emergency medical equipment, to cover the holy sites during the Hajj season. Vertical and jet air medical evacuation aircraft were equipped around the clock to support in emergency situations and transport those whose health condition required to the Armed Forces hospitals. Comfort for pilgrims
To work on the comfort of pilgrims, the Royal Commission for the Holy City of Mecca and the Holy Sites announced the installation of flexible flooring in the Holy Sites, using the latest technologies, aiming to provide a comfortable and safe experience for pilgrims, which reduces the effort expended on walking, reduces cases of heat stress, and reduces It reduces injuries, improves visual spectacle, and reduces thermal emissions.
The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance also announced the readiness of the headquarters of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Hajj Guests Program in the Holy Sites (Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah) to receive the program’s guests, who number 3,322 pilgrims from 88 countries, and to work on providing services at the residence, so that the guests can enjoy safety and security. They devote themselves to performing rituals with ease and reassurance.
The Ministry also received the guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques from the people of the Gaza Strip, numbering 1,000 pilgrims, who were directed to host them to perform this year’s Hajj rituals on an exceptional basis.
The number of guests from the State of Palestine reached 2,000 pilgrims, as the Ministry of Islamic Affairs harnessed all capabilities and worked to equip and prepare all services, to provide the best and finest services provided to the guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
