Psychologist, certified teacher and author of books and articles on emotional-figurative therapy Svetlana Ladeyshchikova told Russians how to recover during the New Year holidays. The expert shared the rules of quality rest with Moslenta.
First of all, Ladeyshchikova recalled digital hygiene and rest from gadgets. Instead of spending time at the computer or with the phone, the psychologist advised to go for a walk in the park or forest. “It is important to diversify the picture on weekends,” the expert explained. Leaving the house and meeting with family and friends can help with this.
In addition, the psychologist recommended not to overload the holidays with expectations, but simply enjoy the atmosphere of relaxation and vacations. Ladeyshchikova advised to prepare all the surprises and other attributes of the New Year in advance.
A festive atmosphere of relaxation can also be brought into communication with others. The psychologist urged not to forget about the so-called psychological stroking of each other – manifestations of friendliness and warm words.
Earlier, psychologist and gestalt therapist Ekaterina Zinovieva dispelled the myth about the depressed emotional state of Muscovites before the New Year. According to her, people have not become more indifferent to the holidays.
