The activities of the eighth session of the International Exhibition for National Security and Risk Prevention (ISNR Abu Dhabi 2024) begin today and will continue until May 23, under the patronage of Lt. General His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior.
The current edition of the exhibition attracts wide participation from major international companies specialized in security and protection, from 35 countries, and the number of exhibitors reached 210 companies, including 84 Emirati exhibiting companies.
“ISNR Abu Dhabi 2024” represents a leading global platform that brings together under its umbrella leaders and experts specialized in the fields of police, security, crisis management and cybersecurity, with the aim of providing security solutions and anticipating the future of the sector by developing national security concepts.
The “ISNR 2024” conference, which accompanies the International Exhibition for National Security and Risk Prevention, will also begin on May 21 and 22 under the slogan “Foreseeing the Future of Security,” and is organized by the Ministry of Interior and Rabdan Academy in cooperation with the ADNEC Group.
The conference brings together an elite group of decision-makers, experts, and specialists from around the world, concerned with security, cybersecurity, law enforcement, and the protection of vital infrastructure and facilities, within a strategic vision that aims to enhance paths of security innovation, to be in line with global transformations, refine national security concepts, and modernize security strategies and policies. The conference also constitutes an international platform for exchanging visions and ideas, and discussing pressing security issues among decision-makers and specialists.
During the conference, extensive discussions take place on a wide range of topics, including strategic alliances in global stability, national security trends, adoption of future strategies, policing strategies, evidence-based policing, and measures needed to ensure sustainability in national security.
The Chairman of the UAE Government Cybersecurity Council, Dr. Mohammed Hamad Al Kuwaiti, discusses “the role of artificial intelligence in developing national security systems and international cooperation.”
The current session witnesses the launch of six new events held for the first time on the sidelines of the exhibition, which represent a qualitative addition to the activities that fall under the group’s umbrella, and contribute to enhancing the establishment of strategic partnerships and attracting investments to the capital, Abu Dhabi, in accordance with the aspirations of the wise leadership, in addition to its vital role in transferring and localizing advanced technology and knowledge.
