The Dutch rowing team won five gold medals at the World Cup competitions in Poznan in Poland on Sunday. Ymkje Clevering and Veronique Meester were the best in the scull-without coxswain class and Roos de Jong and Laila Youssifou won in the double sculls. The women’s eight also won gold, as did skiffee Karolien Florijn. In the men’s race, single scull player Melvin Twellaar triumphed.
