ProGaming Italia has announced the return ofESL Italy Championship the November 27, 2021. This is the most important championship of the esport scene national, right now at the twentieth edition. The new edition will include two new titles on the Italian competitive scene: Apex Legends and Pokémon Unite, both played in cross platform for the first time in the tournament’s history.

The main novelty of the new edition is the fact that each player will be able to form their own team and compete in one of the two competitions, from their preferred platform (by checking the official regulation and compatible devices at the following link: https://pro.eslgaming.com / Italy /), to win the coveted title of ESL National Champion and a rich prize pool of 8000 euros: 3,000 euros up for grabs for Pokémon Unite players, 5,000 for Apex Legends players.
After an initial phase with 2 qualifying tournaments, the best 10 Apex Legends teams per group will reach the 20-team final, from which the name of the new Italian champion will come out.
Similar structure also for the Pokémon Unite tournament with 2 qualifying tournaments and 4 teams per tournament to access the final 8 playoffs, where however only 2 teams will reach the final to win the national title.
Also this edition of the ESL Italia Championship will feature a rich “television” schedule by the main national communities: EGA_TVs for Apex Legends and Pokémon Millennium for Pokémon Unite. The streaming of the qualifications of both games, in fact, will be visible on the official channels of the respective communities, to settle a bond that is increasingly tight between competitive tournaments and those who comment on these tournaments and tell them with enthusiasm, passion and a fan-base. constantly growing.
