SAO PAULO (Reuters) – Embraer said on Monday that its firm order backlog stood at $17 billion at the end of 2021, the highest level since the second quarter of 2018, even after the Brazilian Air Force reduced the order. of KC-390 Millennium freighters from 28 to 22 units.
Embraer delivered a total of 55 jets in the fourth quarter of 2021, according to a market release. The amount includes 16 commercial and 39 executive aircraft.
For the full year, deliveries totaled 141 jets, the company said.
