How politicians react to the alleged attack
Numerous politicians from Munich, but also from all over Germany, have spoken out on social media after the alleged attack in Munich. Left chairwoman Heidi Reichinnek Said on X: “I am horrified and shocked. A car was directed to a rally of my union in Verdi in Munich. I am in my thoughts with the victims and their relatives and hope for quick and complete recovery of the injured.” She also thanked the emergency services.
The AfD chairman Alice Weidel Renewed her demand for a “migration turn” in Germany with a contribution to X. Weidel expressed their sympathy for the victims.
Bavaria’s Greens Chairman Katharina Schulze Wrote on X: “What terrible news from Munich. I am deeply shaken and in my thoughts with the victims and their relatives. My thanks go to the police and the rescue workers!”
