One of the announcements that most amazed and delighted PlayStation users who followed the State of Play held during the night is certainly Astro Bot.
The small robot created on PS4 to illustrate to users the functions of the PlayStation DualSense has become the protagonist of a 3D platform which is expected to arrive on the market in September 6, 2024.
In addition to the information shared within the trailer released overnight, PlayStation provided further information regarding the game via a note published on his official blog: let’s go read it together.
Let’s start immediately with what users defined as the most disappointing detail of all: Astro Bot, unlike the other titles that see the little robot as the protagonist, it will not be available for free. In fact, pre-orders will start from June 7th and it will also be possible to purchase the game in physical format.
Through the statements of the production studio we also become aware of some details regarding the gameplay: the game will be structured on 80 levels divided into six galaxies, at the end of each of which we will face a boss.

To conclude, the development team has stated that there will be numerous references to historical PlayStation characters: we could already see Kratos in the first trailer for example. There will also be special challenges for the most daring players: in short, it will be a game truly suitable for everyone.
