In Penza, law enforcement officers detained a trash streamer who, during a live broadcast, insulted participants in a special operation to protect Donbass. This was announced on April 22 by the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Irina Volk.
“My colleagues from the Volgograd and Penza regions, together with employees of the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Penza region, detained a trash streamer who insulted participants in a special military operation,” says a message published on Telegram.
Volk clarified that the violation was detected by the police in the Volgograd region. During the pre-investigation check, a 29-year-old resident of the city of Volgograd tried to escape and went to Penza, where he lived in an apartment registered in the name of another person.
In the coming days, the offender will be taken to Volgograd for investigative actions, the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs added.
Earlier, on January 17, the head of the Russian Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered the initiation of a criminal case after the president of the interregional Uzbek community “Vatandosh” Usman Baratov wrote a post on social networks insulting the participants in the special operation in Ukraine.
Then, on January 19, Baratov was arrested. During interrogation, Baratov did not admit guilt.
