A total of 13 people have been injured this Saturday, of which eight have been hospitalized, when part of the roof of the Madrid Amusement Park auditorium collapsed, according to a Madrid Emergency spokesman.
A private event was being held in the auditorium because the park remains closed to the public. Samur-Civil Protection has transferred five wounded and Summa112 three.
Firefighters from the Madrid City Council have reviewed the facility and secured the area. Madrid Municipal Police is in charge of the investigation.
