The Fifth Section of the Provincial Court of Valencia will judge an agent of the National Police Corps next Thursday, January 9, for allegedly causing a broken hand of a bar customeraccording to sources from the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV).
According to the same sources, the Prosecutor’s Office initially requests the payment of a fine for the police code for an alleged crime of injuries caused by less serious negligence.
According to the public ministry, the agent caused, presumably accidentally, the guest of the hotel establishment to break his hand, and when he appeared hindered police work in the identification of three suspects of having caused damage, events that occurred on November 26, 2022.
In parallel, on the same day, but in the Fourth Section of the Valencia Court, two men are being tried who are facing a prosecutor’s request for sentences of six years in prison for a crime of sexual abuse committed, allegedly, against a waitress from a bar in Valencia in the chalet in the town of Picassent.
The events, according to the Prosecutor’s Office, occurred during the early hours of May 10, 2018, when both defendants allegedly took advantage of the state of drunkenness and the ingestion of drugs that nullified the victim’s will to force her sexually.
