Former mayor of São Paulo, candidate for vice-president on Boulos’ ticket, has most of her resources in shares in companies
The candidate for vice-mayor of São Paulo, Marta Suplicy (PT), informed this Friday (2.Aug.2024) a net worth of R$ 14,142,428.81 to TSE (Superior Electoral Court). The declaration was delivered together with the head of the ticket for the 2024 municipal elections, the federal deputy Guilherme Boulos (Psol).
Almost half of Marta Suplicy’s assets, a total of R$6,542,948.90, correspond to shares in companies. In 2016, when she ran for Mayor for the MDB (Brazilian Democratic Movement), there was declared R$ 13.3 million.
The PT member declared having a property in Pinheiros, an upscale neighborhood in the capital of São Paulo, valued at R$1,838,500.00, a total of R$2,510,792.53 in shares listed on the stock exchange and R$1,207,089.92 in fixed income investments in a bank.
He also said he had two vehicles, without specifying the models. One, valued at R$300,000, from 2018, and another, from 2020, worth R$474,919.68.
Compared to the previous declaration, the former mayor’s list of assets still includes new items, such as 5 paintings, 2 rugs, 5 cutlery sets, 3 sculptures, 4 dinner sets, 2 rings and 1 diamond earring, valued at a total of R$60,000.
Compared to the first declaration to the Electoral Court, in 1998, the assets of Boulos’ vice-presidential candidate grew by 1067.6%. From 2016 to 2024, the increase was 6.18%.

BOULOS DECLARATION
Federal deputy and candidate for Mayor of São Paulo, Guilherme Boulos (Psol) declared R$199,597 in assets to the TSE (Superior Electoral Court) in 2024. It is almost 10 times the assets of R$21,055 declared in 2022, when he was elected to the position in the Legislature.
The candidate’s biggest increase in assets was when he included the property where he lives in Campo Limpo, in the south of São Paulo, in his declaration. Previously, the house was in his father’s name.
ASSETS DECLARED BY BOULOS
- Celta car – in the amount of R$ 15,000;
- House – 50% of a property in Campo Limpo worth R$172 thousand;
- CBD – fixed income investment of R$12,000.
