A TV Brasil broadcasts two clashes from the tenth round of the Brazilian Series B Championship this Sunday (16), live. At 11 am, the public broadcaster follows the dispute between Botafogo de São Paulo and Vila Nova de Goiás and, at 6:30 pm, the game between Goiás and Coritiba.
The channel warms up for 15 minutes before the morning duel and 30 minutes before the second match of the day. During this pre-game, the team from TV Brasil brings the main news about the clubs, informs the lineups for the clashes and presents the updated classification of the teams in the competition.

The sporting day of Series B of the Brazilian Championship in the TV Brasil starts early this Sunday (16), from 10:45 am, with the warm-up for the Botafogo x Vila Nova match, which will be played at the Santa Cruz Stadium, in Ribeirão Preto, in the interior of São Paulo. André Marques narrates the fight, with comments from journalists Brenda Balbi and Rachel Motta.
Host of the morning clash, Botafogo is only in seventeenth place in the table, with seven points. The São Paulo team is first in the relegation zone for Series C and needs to improve its performance in the competition. Botafogo has one win, four draws and three defeats. Vila Nova, which is in tenth place, with 14 points, won four games, drew two and lost three.
The duel between Goiás and Coritiba will be at 6:30 pm, at the Hailé Pinheiro Stadium, in Goiânia. The clash is narrated by Luciana Zogaib and comments by two guests: journalist Naty Brasil and former player Sorato.
Vice-leader of the competition, Goiás scored 17 points in the Brasileirão. The team has five wins, two draws and two defeats. Coritiba is in ninth place in the championship, with 14 points. The team from Paraná won four victories, drew twice and was beaten on three occasions.
Series B broadcast
This year, 20 clubs compete in the championship, which runs until November and is worth a place in Series A and the Copa do Brasil. Of the 380 games in the competition, the TV Brazil selects three per round, totaling 114 matches broadcast.
The arrival of Série B is part of the broadcaster’s strategy to expand the presence of sport in its programming. A TV Brasil it also currently shows the Brasileirão Feminino and the Women’s Basketball League (LBF).
Through the National Public Communication Network (RNCP), which brings together 98 affiliated broadcasters of the TV Brasilfans from all over the country can watch the matches and follow their teams in the fight for the title.
About the competition
In 2024, Series B has 380 games scheduled and is played on a straight points system, in turn and return, with 19 first games and 19 return games.

The top four in the competition win a place in Series A in 2025.
