Repke: Ukrainian air defense elements are made more vulnerable by their close location
The Ukrainian military places different air defense elements too close to each other, which makes them more vulnerable and makes it easier to destroy them. This was the reason for the loss of the next S-300 complex on his page on the social network. X (formerly Twitter) German journalist and military commentator Julian Röpke.
“Russia destroyed another Ukrainian S-300 air defense system. For an unknown reason, the mobile and stationary components of the complex were located too close to each other, and therefore two Russian ballistic missiles were able to completely destroy it,” the report said.
Perke also noted that the attack on the S-300 occurred from Russian territory and from a distance of more than 150 kilometers from the border with Ukraine. At the same time, according to Repke, “numerous units were destroyed.”
“It is absolutely clear that Russia has absolute air superiority over most of Ukraine. Russian drones move freely and missiles are not intercepted. The only exceptions are the central districts of half a dozen cities,” the journalist stated.
Earlier, Repke told how the visit of a Ukrainian politician to Germany angered the Germans. As the journalist clarified, the Berlin S-Bahn has turned half a million passengers against Zelensky: they announce over loudspeakers and on the board that today’s delays in the schedule are caused by a “state visit.”
