The path to the first star of 2024 is getting closer to completion. There are four days left of the semi-final home runs, in which the two finalists who will play for the title will be known.
In group A, Junior from Barranquilla is the leader. They defeated Millonarios on the first date (2-1) and on Saturday they tied as a visitor against Bucaramanga (0-0). The Colombian champion has four points on the table.
Millonarios occupies second place, with three points, which it achieved by beating Pereira on Saturday in El Campín (1-0). The ‘matecañas’ are third, by goals scored, and Bucaramanga is last, with one point.
On Sunday, Millos will host Rafael Dudamel’s team (8 pm). For their part, those led by Arturo Reyes will be local against Pereira (5:30 pm).
In group B, Santa Fe has a perfect campaign, with two victories in two outings: they beat Tolima 1-0 on the first day and La Equidad 0-2 on the second,
Once Caldas follows closely, with four points: on the first date they beat those led by Alexis García (2-0) and on Sunday they tied 1-1 against Tolima in Ibagué.
The third date will be Saturday: Equity vs. Tolima (5:15 pm) and Once Caldas vs. Santa Fe (7:30 pm).
