Al Ain was crowned champion of the U-14 “A” Football League, season 2023-2024, after defeating Al Wasl 5-3, in the match that brought them together, at Fahad Al Nowais Stadium, in Khalifa Stadium in Al Ain, within the matches of the final round of the competition.
Al Ain’s goals were scored by Abdullah Saeed, a hat-trick in the 21st, 30th and 57th minutes, Suhail Al Azizi in the 55th minute, and Mohammed Al Nuaimi in the 82nd minute, while Al Wasl’s goals were scored by Noah Hussein in the 13th minute, Zaid Al Husseini in the 66th minute, and Omar Ahmed. Al Ain player in the 83rd minute by mistake in his own net.
Fahd Al-Kassar, member of the Competitions Committee of the Football Association, handed over the competition shield and gold medals to members of the technical staff and Al Ain players.
Al Ain played 24 matches, won 19 matches, tied 3 matches, while losing two matches, and scored 60 points, making them league champions, followed by Al Wahda “runner-up” with 50 points.
