A small primordial black hole will, in a few weeks, consume the liquid core of an asteroid or small planet, leaving it hollow but with the crust intact. It would be possible to locate these objects due to their density, much lower than usual.
Among the different types of black holes allowed by Einstein’s equations there is one that no one has yet been able to see, and this despite the fact that, at least in theory, they should be the most abundant. These are the so-called ‘primordial’, little ones…
