The TS cites García Ortiz as a defendant after seeing “his alleged participation supported” in the leak of tax data of Ayuso’s boyfriend

The judge of the Supreme Court Ángel Hurtado has summoned the State Attorney General, Álvaro García Ortiz, as being investigated, on January 29, and the provincial prosecutor of Madrid, Pilar Rodríguez, on the 30th, by “supporting the alleged participation of both” in the leak of the tax situation of Isabel Díaz Ayuso’s partner, Alberto González Amador.
