Play Time Sports-Tech Holdco is the name of the new company created by the Argentine soccer player Leo Messi in the United States, as was officially announced on Wednesday.

The firm, located in San Francisco (California), is focused on the sports, media and technology sectors globally.

Likewise, it will explore investment opportunities with the purpose of supporting new entrepreneurs with technology companies linked to football, or invest directly in equipment of this sport.
“I am excited to extend our roots to Silicon Valley, and I am delighted that Play Time collaborates with entrepreneurs from all over the world,” said the Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) soccer player in a statement released by the Bloomberg agency.

It was known that Play Time Sports-Tech Holdco will be led by businessman Razmig Hovaghimian, who is a co-founder of sports portal Matchday.com.
