The judge of the National Court responsible for investigating the Koldo caseIsmael Moreno, has sent a reasoned statement to the Supreme Court in which he asks him to investigate the former Minister of Transport José Luis Ábalos in the face of “founded and serious indications” of his “main role” in the corruption plot. Moreno attributes to Ábalos – acting as a deputy of the Mixed Group and, therefore, qualified before the high court – alleged crimes of belonging to a criminal organization, influence peddling and bribery after receiving a report from the UCO in which indications of his ” responsibility” in the Koldo case.
