Draw your weapons, Vox Machina will be back for a third season! The Legend of Vox MachinaPrime Video animated series that tells the story of the Vox Machina party, born in the Critical Role project where a group of nerdy voice actors play Dungeons & Dragons, will have a third season while the second will arrive in January 2023.
Announced at New York Comic-Con, Prime Video wants to carry on the series together with the team, who will dub their characters as already happened. The Legend of Vox Machina stars Travis Willingham as Grog the Barbarian GoliathMarisha Ray like Keyleth the AsariTaliesin Jaffe as Percival de RoloAshely Johnson like Pike TrickfootSam Riegel as the bizarre Scanlan the BardLiam O’Brien and Laura Bailey as Vax And Vexthe two twins respectively thief and ranger.
Adaptedly animated from the first campaign of Critical Role, The Legend of Vox Machina features the same players from the group as voice actors, while Matthew Mercer, the campaign’s Dungeon Master, voices many of the secondary characters. The series, which started as a Kickstarter campaign reaching the stretch goal of 10 episodes, was then purchased in its entirety by Amazon for its Prime Video in 2019, commissioning another 14 episodes. Now we just have to wait to return to Exandria again, ready to fight against the Chroma Conclavewhich we saw coming to the end of the first season.
