The mobile as a new transistor
One of the reasons for the leadership of the SER shown by this third wave of EGM 2021 is in its commitment to distribute content through digital channels such as the web chainser.com and its app, which distribute audios, content, programs and podcast. Up to a total of 734,000 listeners joined these listening modalities, 33% above the same wave of 2020, reports the chain itself. The user uses the mobile phone as a new transistor.
Cadena SER is also the radio station with the most followers on social networks. There are 2.7 million on their main Twitter accounts, plus 1.8 million on Facebook. It is also present on video platforms such as YouTube, Tik Tok and Twitch, where it offers exclusive content.
