“From there they got safely to a warm room,” says Majaniemi.

The fire department was alerted to the scene by the residents of the house, who noticed the fire when it was in full flames. There was no way to save the animals inside.

Fire also spread to the upper floor of the plot's main building, i.e. the residents' residence.

“Fortunately, it was extinguished, but the house itself suffered a little from water damage in connection with our extinguishing operations,” says Majaniemi.

There were no other buildings or neighbors in the danger zone of the fire. In addition to animal damage, the fire did not cause any personal injuries.

According to Majaniemi, there is a suspicion that the residents of the house told about the cause of the fire. However, he did not open the matter further.
