Savin noted that it should not be performed if you have lower back problems. “We lie on our backs, bring our shins together, press our palms to the floor. We lift our hips off the floor, our buttocks are tense, and while inhaling we return to the starting position,” the coach revealed the correct technique. According to him, the exercises will help strengthen the back of the thigh and gluteal muscles, and also work the abdominal muscles.
